Chicken and Rice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dissolve 3 chicken bullion cubes in 2 2/3 cups of water. Put whole chicken in dutch oven. Pour 1 cup brown rice around chicken and pour dissolved bullion over chicken. Cover and put in oven until rice is tender and water is absorbed. About an hour and a half.

Rice, bullion and water can be doubled.

Makes great leftovers. Discard skin and pull meat from bones and put in bowl with leftover rice. Refrigerate till next day for lunch.
